The below actions are defined by the Geneva Convention and Internal Law as war crimes. Of the below listed, how many has Israel commited?
- Willful killing: Intentionally killing civilians or prisoners of war.
- Torture or inhuman treatment: Inflicting severe pain or suffering on individuals.
- Willfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health: This includes actions that cause unnecessary physical or mental harm.
- Extensive destruction and appropriation of property: Destroying or taking property without military necessity and justification.
- Unlawful deportation or transfer of civilians: Forcibly moving civilians from their homes or countries.
- Taking of hostages: Holding individuals captive to force action from others.
- Attacks against civilian populations or non-combatants: Intentionally targeting civilians or civilian objects.
- Rape and other forms of sexual violence: Including sexual slavery, forced pregnancy, and enforced sterilization.
- Pillage: Looting or plundering public or private property.
- Using child soldiers: Enlisting or conscripting children under the age of 15.

Whoever, whether inside or outside the United States, commits a war crime, in any of the circumstances described in subsection (b), shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both, and if death results to the victim, shall also be subject to the penalty of death.
