Enough B.S.

This website serves three primary purposes. It will serve as:

1) My platform for my bid for Congress – CA Dist 41 – against Ken Calvert (R), Pro Iran War, $620k in AIPAC funding.

2) An organized way for people to stay informed on the war in Iran / major actions and events in the middle east, and on pertinent news on U.S. corruption – such as the Epstein files and conduct unbecoming of elected officials.

3) Should I ever be “unalived”, the groundwork for change is written here. It’s time for the people to take back their country.

Primary Objectives for Congress:

1) Child rape and child sex trafficking can (and should be) punishable by death

What this does: It makes sure pedophiles don’t reoffend. It makes your country and your children safer.

Also, should we ever actually put charges against the many figureheads listed in the Epstein files, I don’t want these “people” to slip into obscurity – stepping down, making apologies, going to rehab, etc… I want them in the ground. Period.

2) Pass legislation making all publicly elected and appointed government officials finances public record.

What this does: Lets us see who is buying our politicians. It also exposes any potential conflict of interest when voting comes.

Make it public record auditable 7 years prior, during, and 10 years after holding office.

If you want to be a civil servant and serve the American people, this should not be an issue. Nothing to hide, nothing to fear.

3) Full Political Transparency

What this does: Let’s American’s know how their politicians vote on each issue.

Make an easy to use app that allows voters to see how each politician votes on each issue. This app should have a summary page for each bill, clearly indicated how each representative voted, and a page for each representative showing how they’ve historically voted on every bill.

Should be easy enough in the era of technology.

Why is this important? So, when Congress votes 357-65 to block the release of congressional sexual misconduct reports – you now exactly how each individual has voted.

4) Pushing for a motion to Impeach the President

In direct violation of the constitution, the president has put us at war with Iran. Regardless how the media spins it, carpet bombing a sovereign nation is an act of war. This war has barely begun and Trump has already begun calling for a war in Cuba.

Constitutional Basis: Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 (Declare War Clause) gives Congress the sole power to declare war.

Impeachable Offense: Violating this, or exceeding authority, is considered a “high crime and misdemeanor” under Article II, Section 4.

War Powers Resolution of 1973: This act was passed to curb executive power by requiring consultation and authorization for military action.

What this does: Allows us to end the war in Iran and avoid another war in Cuba – because started / caused by the “no new wars / end wars president”.

5) Make it an act of treason to accept money from a foreign lobby and then voting in favor of legislation that goes against the benefit, will, and/or desire of U.S. citizens for the benefit of said lobby.

AIPAC needs to end. If you take money from the lobby of a foreign nation, and then vote in favor of policies for that nation that go against the will, the benefit, the desire of U.S. citizens – that’s treason.

For any of you that think that this is a stretch, “treason” is defined as the following in the U.S.: “Treason consists only in levying war against the United States or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”

I would argue that anyone looking to control, subvert, manipulate members of our political system to push legislation in favor of a foreign nation / outside organization – specifically against the will and benefit of American citizens – would be considered an enemy of the United States.

Any politician bowing to said subversion would then be giving aid and comfort to our enemies.

6) Have every dollar spent or given to foreign nations be trackable to the penny.

I’ll be pushing for legislation that would require every dollar given to a foreign nation (instead of spent here, on U.S. soil, to the benefit of U.S. citizens) part of public domain, and required to be traced and auditable to the penny. This information will be public facing and easily accessible.

Should a nation fail to comply with said obligation, all aid will cease for said nation until it is able to do so.

What this does: Makes sure that if American taxpayer dollars are used to serve foreign nations over our own, we – the people – will have complete knowledge of how that money is spent.

7) Release the Full Epstein List

It’s that simple. Provide the list, redacted only to protect the innocent victims on the list. Any political figurehead, business owner, executive, etc. will be named.

Per objective 1, these individuals can then be tried and then put to death if found guilty.

8) Investing in power and infrastructure needs here in the U.S.

Energy is a key need for this coming generation of AI. It’s a clear and visible demand both domestically and globally. By focusing U.S. investment in the energy section, we can boost our economy, build jobs here in the U.S. and increase America’s preparedness for the next technological revolution.

Why is this important: In short, it helps boost the economy and spurn job creation in a field that is being highly demanded both domestically and globally.

9) Investing in Education.

Why this is important: Our children are the future of America. We need to do better with our schooling and our education systems. These have been woefully underfunded for years.

These future Americans will help create jobs, create companies, and be the future for the next wave of Americans.

10) Protecting and enhancing veteran benefits

Why this is important: These individuals have sgned papers to give their all for our country. The – absolutely least – we can do for them is take care of them on their return from service.

If you are unaware of how badly we treat vets, look at what legislations was recently attempted to be pushed through while we were engaged with Iran.

Not Left or Right

I will be running as (D) here in California, but I am truly a libertarian. To be clear, I am not everything the democratic party wants, and I an not everything a republican wants.

But I want anyone voting for me to know exactly where I stand.

  • First foremost, I will be taking no pac money at all. In fact, I plan to do my best to raise $0 and use this site solely as my campaign platform. (Should you wish to contribute to this initiative, I will create a Venmo account and display all donations made to that account on request. And should AIPAC wish to make a “cheeky” donation, I will turn around and give that money in aid of the people of Gaza, and send receipts.)
  • I’m pro gay marriage. Don’t care at all if gay people get married. I’m for it. Love is love and who you marry is none of my business.
  • I’m pro 2nd amendment. Why? Because in the event that the U.S. allows major defense contractors, ICE, and other arms of the government to make America a surveillance state, tracking all your movement and information (more so than it currently does), looking for any hint of dissent in your messagin – you should have the ability to revolt.
    • And if you think – “hey, there’s no way we’d defeat the U.S. military” – and that the U.S. military wouldn’t side with it’s people over an authoritarian / dictatorship style of government you are sorely mistaken.
    • If this is your belief, you have woefully underestimated the commitment our members of the armed services have made to defend this great nation – from threats both foreign and domestic.
    • This is also one of the reasons we need legislation banning AI from making kill orders without human oversight – an initiative this current administration and current government is trying to do.
  • I am pro choice.
    • Why? It’s clear that we care about children right up until their being raped and trafficked. So if anyone objects to this, but has been quiet about the Epstein files, you can end this discussion right here.
  • I am fiscally conservative and for small government. I don’t want the government involved in reproductive organs. I don’t want the government putting kill-switches in cars. I also think California’s taxes are egregious, but I believe a lot of this is how much we send annually to our “greatest ally”. I’d like to see that end.

In short, my goal is to make government small, transparent, accountable, and effective for U.S. citizens again. (Can’t put that on a hat, sadly. But its what I’m here for.)

I’m also pretty sure this set of beliefs alignes with many moderate Americans today (on both sides of the isle), so I would not be surprised if this represents you. I just wanted to be clear on where I stand so there is no confusion in how I’ll be representing my constituency, should I be your candidate of choice.
